Two Fridays ago, we traveled to Burg Eltz, a castle near the Mosel River. Burg Eltz has been around since the 14th century and is still owned by the Eltz family. This is the 33rd generation of Eltzes, and, yes, they still do keep rooms at the castle. We brought a young friend from church, Milena, with us, and had a blast!
Here's the little chapel on the path to the castle.
Anne LOVED the castle and hasn't stopped talking about it since. Here she is pointing it out to us.
Anne lives a pretty comfortable life-- she gets to eat cookies while touring castles in Europe.
Lydia was a trooper.

Beautiful pictures of your family at Burg Eltz! Anne's curly locks and Lydia's brown eyes and sweet smile surpass the beauty of the castle!
Hi Brent and Noele!
I just found your blog. It's great to see a glimpse of what is happening in your lovely family! We wish we could see you all again.
Blessings,
Ashley Lind
