At St. Peter's, our last stop. The look on Brent and Lydia's faces sums up our thoughts on Vatican City--ugh. Although stunning, the area felt rather cultish.

Yes, we climbed 323 steps to the top of St. Peter's Dome.! It was incredible walking up very narrow steps that curved with the dome. It was packed at the top, so this was the best shot I could get just holding my camera up in the air. This is St. Peter's square.

Amazing shot of St. Peter's Square for not being able to see what kind of picture you were taking!
This takes me back to Nana and Papa's slides of Rome. You will have to look at them some time when you are visiting.
